This Privacy Policy explains how SBS Staffing LLC ("SBS Staffing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, contact us, or apply for work through us. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, work history, availability, and any details you include when you request workers or apply for shifts. This website has one form, the callback request, and it asks for five things: your name, your phone number, how many workers you need, the type of work, and the time of day it suits you to be called. It asks for nothing else and there is nothing else on this site that you can type into. Applications for work are submitted through our separate work portal, or by phone and email.

We measure traffic using Rybbit, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host on our own server rather than handing your visit to a third party. It records the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, your approximate location at the country and region level, and your browser and device type. Your IP address is used momentarily to work out that approximate location and is never stored. Rybbit builds no profile of you and does not follow you to other websites.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, and are used to keep the site available and secure.

The callback form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. What you type into it is sent to Web3Forms, which passes it to us by email and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not store your callback request on this website: there is no database here for it to sit in.

Advertising

We advertise on Google, and we measure whether those ads actually bring us requests for workers and applications for shifts. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google adds a click identifier to the web address, and a Google tag on this site stores it in a cookie on your device. If you go on to request a callback here, or to apply on our work portal, we tell Google that a request happened, so the result can be matched to the ad you clicked and we can tell which ads bring worthwhile work. We do not send Google the headcount, the type of work, the name, the number, or the call time you entered.

Google may also use the fact that you visited us to show you our ads again later on its own services. Anything shown to you this way only ever promotes SBS Staffing: we do not advertise on anyone else's behalf, and nothing you type into our forms is used to build advertising audiences.

Where you submit a form on this site or on one of our portals, Google may also receive your phone number or email address in a secured, irreversible form, used only to confirm that the result belongs to your earlier click. Google acts as our data processor for this measurement and its own terms apply to what it receives. We use this to understand which ads work. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not allow it to be used to advertise to you on behalf of anyone else.

Cookies

This website sets cookies for one purpose only: the advertising measurement described above. Our analytics set none at all, because Rybbit uses no cookies and no local storage and stores nothing on your device. Our work portal may also set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to protect your session; those are required for the portal to function and are not used for advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and doing so will not stop you from using this website or reaching our portals.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Calls and Text Messages

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about that request: to ask a question, confirm details, send you a quote, or arrange a shift. That is the only reason we use it. We do not send promotional or marketing messages to it, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us any other way. If you do, we may still need to reach you by phone or email about work already under way, because that is part of doing the job you asked us to do.

How We Share Information

We may share your information with businesses seeking workers, with service providers who support our operations, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Web3Forms, which delivers our callback form, and Google, which receives the limited advertising measurement data described under Advertising, are the two service providers that see what you submit here. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To limit how your activity is used for advertising, you can clear or block cookies in your browser and adjust your Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com. Some information may be retained where the law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults who are eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
